Event Content. Organization, at its expense, will obtain all intellectual property rights necessary for the Event. Organization will ensure that the content of the Event is in accordance with the Catholic, Jesuit identity of Loyola and with the prohibitions against obscene, indecent and profane programming as set forth in any Applicable Policy and/or any Applicable Law.
