Attendee Requirements. 1.1 Admittance. Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including, without limitation, travel and accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you, and the National Gathering on Christian Initiation™ shall have no liability for such costs.

Attendee Requirements. I agree to abide by all applicable COVID-19-related requirements, advisories, policies, procedures, and protocols of the resort and MEPC, as well as the CDC, state of Michigan, and any other governmental authority for the duration of my stay. If masks are required when the event convenes, I will comply with all guidelines. Failure to comply and abide by our rules could lead to expulsion without a refund. The approving board, authorised officer, parent or legal guardian is responsible to Stripe and is legally bound to this Agreement as if it had agreed to this Agreement itself. You must not use the Services if you are under 13 years of age.

  • Overtime requirements No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.
