EVENT PROMOTIONS Clause Samples

The EVENT PROMOTIONS clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the marketing and publicity of an event. It typically outlines which parties are allowed to promote the event, the types of promotional materials that can be used, and any approval processes required for such materials. For example, it may specify that the organizer must approve all advertisements or that sponsors can use the event name in their own marketing. This clause ensures that all promotional activities are consistent with the event’s branding and reputation, and helps prevent unauthorized or misleading publicity.
