Event Specific Details. Speaker will participate in 2nd Combined GIHep and Singapore Hepatology Conference to be held from 25 to 28 July 2024 (the “Event”) and deliver his talk(s) during the Event. The Speaker understands that his/her talks will be recorded in an audio visual file. Speaker grants to SHC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, upload and show, reproduce, and distribute audio visual recording of the Speaker’s talk(s) and the Slides used by the Speaker during his/her talk(s) through the SHC website after the Event,. The Speaker may inform SHC in writing at any time that he/she wishes to withdraw his/her permission granted herein and SHC shall remove the recording and/or the slides from the SHC website. The withdrawal of the license shall not affect the audio visual and slides downloaded while the license had been extant.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones: 6.1 Substantial Site work completed.
