Common use of Evergreen Clause Clause in Contracts

Evergreen Clause. The term of this Agreement, as otherwise herein provided, shall commence on the 1st day of August 2018 and continue until the 2nd day of August 2022, and shall continue from year to year thereafter unless written notice of desire to cancel or terminate the Agreement is served by either party upon the other not more than ninety (90) days or less than sixty (60) days prior to the date of expiration.
