Common use of Evergreen Clause Clause in Contracts

Evergreen Clause. If the parties have not completed a new agreement by end of the contract term specified above, the terms of this Labor Agreement shall nonetheless continue in effect without change until it is modified or otherwise superseded by a new or modified agreement, but in no event shall the Labor Agreement continue beyond September 30, 2017.
