Common use of Evidence of Equipment Condition Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Equipment Condition. Subcontractor shall provide evidence satisfactory to the DCSEU to demonstrate all equipment is new, never used, and has all factory warranties intact. This evidence can be in the form of sales receipts, photographs of the equipment with serial numbers or other documentation if approved by the DCSEU. Documentation that does not show equipment is new, never used, and has all factory warranties intact will not be accepted to satisfy this requirement.
