Deliverables and Requirements. Subcontractor shall procure the equipment necessary to install and operate the CREF(s) conforming to the requirements of this Subcontract on buildings, structures, or land located in the District of Columbia.

Deliverables and Requirements a. DCRA Temporary Pending Final (TPF) Inspection (signed and received by PEPCO). For the CREF(s) installed under this Subcontract, Subcontractor shall submit a signed copy of DCRA’s TPF electrical inspection and approval. Subcontractor shall also ensure the Temporary Pending Final (TPF) Inspection approval, performed by DCRA or a DCRA approved third-party inspector, is received by PEPCO directly from DCRA and deemed acceptable. If Subcontractor fails to comply with these requirements, the DCSEU may terminate the CREF(s) for cause as outlined in Section 14.a.ii of the Subcontract.
Deliverables and Requirements a. DCSEU Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Inspection: The CREF(s) must pass the DCSEU’s QA/QC inspection. The DCSEU will conduct a detailed QA/QC inspection of the completed CREF(s) installations, from which a substantial completion report will be generated by the DCSEU for DOEE. The purpose of the substantial completion report is to confirm that the CREF(s) has been built according to the permit(s) and follows best practices for optimizing output. The DCSEU will take photographs as part of the CREF(s)’s documentation, including photos of the modules, inverters, and other aspects of the installation(s). Subcontractor shall also provide documentation showing it has submitted Part II of the Interconnection Application and Agreement to PEPCO for Approval to Operate (ATO) for the CREF(s). Deliverables and Requirements. Municipalities and Air Pollution Control Agencies that accept an award are required to produce and electronically submit the following three deliverables to EPA by the dates specified: 1.) By March 1, 2024, a Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP), which is a narrative report that includes a focused list of near- term, high-priority, implementation ready measures to reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) pollution and an analysis of GHG emissions reductions that would be achieved through implementation. These initial plans can focus on a specific sector or selected sectors, and do not need to comprehensively address all sources of GHG emissions and sinks in the jurisdiction. The PCAP must include: a GHG inventory; quantified GHG reduction measures; a low-income and disadvantaged communities benefits analysis; and a review of authority to implement. 2.) A Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP), due 2 years from the date of the award. The CCAP is a narrative report that should touch on all significant GHG sources/sinks and sectors present in a state or metropolitan area, establish near- term and long-term GHG emission reduction goals, and provide strategies and identify measures to achieve those goals. Each CCAP must include: a GHG inventory; GHG emissions projections; GHG reduction targets; quantified GHG reduction measures; a benefits analysis for the full geographic scope and population covered by the plan; a low-income and disadvantaged communities benefits analysis; a review of authority to implement; a plan to leverage other federal funding; and a workforce planning analysis. 3.) A Status Report, due at the closeout of the 4-year grant period. This report should include the implementation status of the quantified GHG reduction measures included in the CCAP; any relevant updated analyses or projections supporting CCAP implementation; and next steps and future budget/staffing needs to continue CCAP implementation. Climate plans for metropolitan areas should also be developed with regional coordination as much as possible, and applicants are encouraged to coordinate with geographically proximate tribes as appropriate. In all cases, the lead organization for a state or metropolitan area PCAP funded through the CPRG program must make the PCAP available to other entities by March 1, 2024 for their use in developing an implementation grant application. Evidence of Site Control: Subcontractor shall furnish evidence of site control for the Minimum CREF Commercial Operation Period set forth in Attachment C, which may be in the form of a signed lease, power purchase agreement (PPA), or other contract between Subcontractor and the owner(s) of the property where the CREF(s) will be installed under this Subcontract. Subcontractor will also be required to submit evidence that the Site Control Agreement (defined in Attachment B1) and the DCSEU CREF Site Control Agreement Supplement (Attachment B1) have been recorded with the District of Columbia Government Recorder of Deeds as a part of Milestone 4 deliverables.

CREF Standard Amendment to Site Control Agreement (Attachment B1): Subcontractor shall secure the necessary rights and approvals from the property owner(s) to enroll the CREF(s) in the DCSEU Solar for All Program using the CREF Standard Amendment to Site Control Agreement included as Attachment B1 to this Subcontract. Any changes to the pre-approved form of CREF Standard Amendment to Site Control Agreement must be approved in writing by the DCSEU.

  • Basic Requirements To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program, all of the following basic requirements must be met, as well as any applicable additional requirements: • The primary address for your PayPal account must be in the United States. • The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped, except for items subject to the Intangible Goods Additional Requirements. Transactions involving items that you deliver in person in connection with payment made in your physical store, may also be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program so long as the buyer paid for the transaction in person by using a PayPal goods and services QR code. • You must ship the item to the shipping address on the Transaction Details page in your PayPal account for the transaction. If you originally ship the item to the recipient’s shipping address on the Transaction Details page but the item is later redirected to a different address, you will not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. We therefore recommend not using a shipping service that is arranged by the buyer, so that you will be able to provide valid proof of shipping and delivery. • The shipping requirement does not apply to eligible transactions involving items that you deliver in person; provided, however, that you agree to provide us with alternative evidence of delivery or such additional documentation or information relating to the transaction that we may request. • You must respond to PayPal’s requests for documentation and other information in a timely manner as requested in our email correspondence with you or in our correspondence with you through the Resolution Center. If you do not respond to PayPal’s request for documentation and other information in the time requested, you may not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. • If the sale involves pre-ordered or made-to-order goods, you must ship within the timeframe you specified in the listing. Otherwise, it is recommended that you ship all items within 7 days after receipt of payment. • You provide us with valid proof of shipment or delivery. • The payment must be marked “eligible” or “partially eligible” in the case of Unauthorized Transaction claims, or “eligible” in the case of Item Not Received claims, for PayPal’s Seller Protection program on the Transaction Details page. • In the case of an Unauthorized Transaction claim, you must provide valid proof of shipment or proof of delivery that demonstrates that the item was shipped or provided to the buyer no later than two days after PayPal notified you of the dispute or reversal. For example, if PayPal notifies you of an Unauthorized Transaction claim on September 1, the valid proof of shipment must indicate that the item was shipped to the buyer no later than September 3 to be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. PayPal will make a decision, in its sole discretion, based on the eligibility requirements, any information or documentation provided during the resolution process, or any other information PayPal deems relevant and appropriate under the circumstances. To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program for a buyer’s Item Not Received claim, you must meet both the basic requirements and the additional requirements listed below: • Where a buyer files a chargeback with the issuer for a card-funded transaction, the payment must be marked “eligible” for PayPal’s Seller Protection on the Transaction Details page. • You must provide proof of delivery as described below.

  • Training Requirements Grantee will: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS. B. Appropriately budget funds to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met. C. Follow the appropriate DSHS POPS by funding opportunity (as per Section I: General Requirements for All Grantees) for training and observation requirements.
