Evidence of registration. Evidence of registration of the Mortgages, in each case with first priority, with the Registrar of Ships (or equivalent official) at the port of registry of the Vessel concerned.

Where such registration is required or permitted under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, evidence that the names of the directors, officers and shareholders of each Security Party are duly registered in the companies registry or other registry in the country of incorporation of that Security Party.

The obligations of the Pre-Funding Entity with regard to payment of the Pre-Funding Amount shall not be subject to satisfaction of this sub-clause (k).
