Evidence of registration. Evidence of registration of the Mortgages, in each case with first priority, with the Registrar of Ships (or equivalent official) at the port of registry of the Vessel concerned.
Evidence of registration. Where such registration is required or permitted under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, evidence that the names of the directors, officers and shareholders of each Security Party are duly registered in the companies registry or other registry in the country of incorporation of that Security Party.
Evidence of registration. (a) The Developer must provide the Council with evidence of the lodgement of this deed pursuant to clause 6.1(a)(iv) within 10 Business Days of such lodgement at the NSW Land Registry Services.
(b) The Developer will provide the Council with a copy of the relevant folio of the Register for the Land and a copy of the registered dealing containing this deed within 10 Business Days of receipt of notice of registration of this deed.
Evidence of registration. Sufficient evidence that the Registration Statement has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on or prior to the Closing Date.
Evidence of registration. The Developer will provide the Minister with a copy of the relevant folio of the Register and a copy of the registered dealing within 10 Business Days of registration of this deed.
Evidence of registration. (a) The Developer must provide the Minister with evidence of the lodgement of this deed pursuant to clause within 10 Business Days of such lodgement at the Land and Property Information.
(b) The Developer will provide the Minister with a copy of the relevant folio of the Register for the Land and a copy of the registered dealing containing this deed within 10 Business Days of registration of this deed.
Evidence of registration. The Chargor shall promptly provide to the Chargee evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to the Chargee, of the presentation and registration done pursuant to Section 2.5.1 above.
Evidence of registration. (a) The Developer must provide the Council with evidence of the lodgement of this deed pursuant to clause 7.1 immediately upon such lodgement at Land Registry Services
(b) The Developer will provide the Council with a copy of the relevant folio of the Register for the Land and a copy of the registered dealing containing this deed within 10 Business Days of registration of this deed.
Evidence of registration. The Mortgagor shall promptly provide to the Mortgagee evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to the Mortgagee, of any registration, presentation and filing done pursuant to Section 19.4 above.
Evidence of registration. The Developer must provide Council with evidence of the registration of this Agreement pursuant to clause 4 within 14 Business Days of such lodgement at the NSW Land Registry Services. This must be in the form of a title search for the Land (all allotments) from Land Registry services.
