Common use of Evidences of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Evidences of Insurance. Prior to the commencement of construction activities under this Agreement, the Developer will require their Contractor to file with the District a certificate of insurance (Xxxxx Form 25-S or equivalent) signed by the insurer’s representative. Such evidence shall include an original copy of the additional insured endorsement signed by the insurer's representative. Such evidence shall also include confirmation that coverage includes or has been modified to include Required Provisions 1-5.
