– EVOLUTION OF THE AGREEMENT. 1. In the event of taking out one or more contracts as referred to above after conclusion of this Agreement, said subscription shall be made by separate instrument. The contract concerned, provided that it is attached to the account and/or accounts indicated in the subscription form, shall be deemed to be taken out in the context of this Agreement. It shall therefore be governed by the separate instrument in respect of provisions specific to the product and by this agreement for the general provisions.
