Surrender of Books and Records. Employee shall on the termination of his employment in any manner immediately surrender to the Company all lists, books, and records and other documents incident to the business of the Company and its Affiliates, and all other property belonging to any of them, it being understood that all such lists, books, records and other documents are the property of the Company and its Affiliates.

Executive acknowledges that all lists, books, records, literature, products and any other materials owned by Employer or its subsidiaries or used by them in connection with the conduct of their business, shall at all times remain the property of Employer and its subsidiaries and that upon termination of employment hereunder, irrespective of the time, manner or cause of said termination, Executive will surrender to Employer and its subsidiaries all such lists, books, records, literature, products and other materials.

Consultant agrees that all files, documents, records, customer lists, vendor and supplier records, books, products, calculations, drawings, descriptions, designs and other materials that come into Consultant's use or possession during the term of this Agreement and that are in any way related to the Company's business shall at all times remain the property of the Company and that, upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, Consultant shall immediately surrender to the Company all such materials.

Upon termination of this Agreement, Höegh Norway shall forthwith surrender to Höegh UK, or procure the surrender to Höegh UK, of any and all books, records, documents and other property relating to this Agreement and to the business, finance, technology, trademarks or affairs of the MLP and any member of the Partnership Group (including Höegh UK) and, except as required by law, shall not retain any copies of same.
