Common use of Exceeding the Allowance Clause in Contracts

Exceeding the Allowance. An employee leaving the service of the Corporation who has been granted more leave for sickness and/or pressing necessity than was due her shall have deducted from any monies owing her by the Corporation an amount calculated on the basis of the number of days overdrawn at the rate of salary on separation.
