Common use of Exceeding the Number of Members Clause in Contracts

Exceeding the Number of Members. If the number of unused sick leave days in the 19 bank exceeds the number of members in the bank, each member will receive one (1) of the 20 unused days to be credited to his/her personal accumulated sick leave account. Those days 21 exceeding the number of members in the bank will be dispensed of at the sole discretion 22 of the Board whose decision will be final and not subject to the grievance procedure and 23 arbitration.

Exceeding the Number of Members. If the number of unused sick leave days in the 19 bank 41 exceeds the number of members in the bank, each member will receive one (1) of the 20 unused 42 days to be credited to his/her hertheir personal accumulated sick leave account. Those days 21 43 exceeding the number of members in the bank will be dispensed of at the sole discretion 22 of 44 the Board whose decision will be final and not subject to the grievance procedure and 23 45 arbitration.

Exceeding the Number of Members. If the number of unused sick leave days in the 19 29 bank exceeds the number of members in the bank, each member will receive one (1) of the 20 30 unused days to be credited to his/her personal accumulated sick leave account. Those days 21 31 exceeding the number of members in the bank will be dispensed of at the sole discretion 22 32 of the Board whose decision will be final and not subject to the grievance procedure and 23 33 arbitration.

Exceeding the Number of Members. If the number of unused sick leave 17 days in the 19 bank exceeds the number of members in the bank, each member 18 will receive one (1) of the 20 unused days to be credited to his/her their personal accumulated sick leave account. Those days 21 exceeding the number of 20 members in the bank will be dispensed of at the sole discretion 22 of the Board 21 whose decision will be final and not subject to the grievance procedure and 23 22 arbitration.

Exceeding the Number of Members. If the number of unused sick leave days in the 19 bank 36 exceeds the number of members in the bank, each member will receive one (1) of the 20 unused 37 days to be credited to his/her their personal accumulated sick leave account. Those days 21 exceeding 38 the number of members in the bank will be dispensed of at the sole discretion 22 of the Board 39 whose decision will be final and not subject to the grievance procedure and 23 arbitration.
