EXCEPTION/EMERGENCY CLEANING SERVICE. Contractor may occasionally be required to perform cleaning services on an exception/emergency basis for items or areas not covered by the Service Summary. Such services shall be requested by the ODOT On-Site Coordinator or designee on an individual basis, and shall be listed as a separate line item on the invoice. The cost for Exception/Emergency Cleaning Service shall be a dollar cost per person-hour for such service.
