Exception Payments Requests. Exception Payments may be scheduled through the Service, however Exception Payments are discouraged and must be scheduled at your own risk. Except as required by applicable law, in no event shall the Service be liable for any claims or damages resulting from your scheduling of Exception Payments. The Service Guarantee (as described in Section 3 of the Bill Payment Terms) does not apply to Exception Payments.

Exception Payments Requests. Exception Payments” are payments to deposit accounts or brokerage accounts, payments to settle securities transactions (including without limitation stocks, bonds, securities, futures (forex), options, or an investment interest in any entity or property), tax payments and court ordered payments. Exception Payments may be scheduled through the Service; however, Exception Payments are discouraged and must be scheduled at your own risk. In no event shall we be liable for any claims or damages resulting from your scheduling of Exception Payments. Exception Payments are not covered by the late payment portion of the Service Guarantee. We have no obligation to research or resolve, or honor any claim resulting from an Exception Payment.

  • Notice of Termination Payment As soon as practicable after calculation of a Termination Payment, notice shall be given by the Non-Defaulting Party to the Defaulting Party of the amount of the Termination Payment and whether the Termination Payment is due to or due from the Non-Defaulting Party. The notice shall include a written statement explaining in reasonable detail the calculation of such amount. Subject to Section 5.4(b) above, the Termination Payment shall be made by the Party that owes it within three (3) Business Days after such notice is effective.
