Exceptions to the Two-Hour Minimum. Management will attempt to adjust an employee's shift to accommodate court appearances or on-call status commencing two hours or less before or after the employee's regularly assigned shift begins or ends. If an employee's shift cannot be adjusted, the employee will be compensated as follows: 1.
