Common use of Excess Electricity Savings Clause in Contracts

Excess Electricity Savings. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no Project Incentive will be paid to the Participant in respect of or relating to Electricity Savings in excess of the Anticipated Electricity Savings of the Project or Portfolio, as the case may be.
