Excess Time. Unit 13 employees receiving excess time shall be cashed-out once each calendar year based on excess time balances on the books as of October 1. The time cashed-out will only be that which exceeds a sixteen (16) hour minimum. The employees shall receive their cash-out no later than November 15 of each year.
