  • Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation Grantee will; a. take all steps necessary, to protect the health, safety and welfare of its clients and participants. b. develop and implement written policies and procedures for abuse, neglect and exploitation. c. notify appropriate authorities of any allegations of abuse, neglect, or exploitation as required by 25 TAC § 448.703.

  • Risk of Loss or Damage The Lessee assumes all risk of loss or damage to the Equipment from any cause and agrees to return it to the Lessor in the condition received, with the exception of wear and tear, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Seller will bear all costs and damages incurred by Buyer due to late or early delivery. ▪ If Seller fails to meet the agreed upon delivery requirements for reasons other than those specified in paragraph 13 below, and Buyer requires a more expeditious method of transportation for the goods than the transportation method originally specified, Seller shall ship the goods as expeditiously as possible at Seller's expense and invoice Buyer for the amount, if any, that Buyer would have paid for normal shipment. ▪ Unless provided otherwise in the Purchase Order, all goods are sold DAP. Seller shall be responsible for and bear the risk of any loss or damage to the goods until received by the Buyer.

  • Preceptor Pay Any nurse assigned as a preceptor shall receive a premium of one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) per hour.

  • Risk of Loss Matters of inspection and acceptance are addressed in section 215.422, F.S. Until acceptance, risk of loss or damage will remain with the Contractor. The Contractor will be responsible for filing, processing, and collecting all damage claims.   • Preceptor A per diem Registered Nurse 2 may serve as a preceptor after successfully completing a preceptor workshop or equivalent documented training and agreeing to and being appointed to be specifically responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating the new skill development of one or more RNs as appropriate enrolled in a defined orientation program, the parameters of which have been set forth in writing by the Employer. This includes teaching, clinical supervision, role modeling, feedback, evaluation (verbal and written) and follow up of the new or transferring employee. The per diem RN 2 preceptor is eligible to receive preceptor premium pay when actually engaged in preceptor role responsibilities with/on behalf of the orienting RN. A per diem RN 2 substituting for the original preceptor during a period of absence and who has been designated to carry out the preceptor's complete responsibility (including following and/or adjusting the plan to meet learning needs and providing oral and written evaluation input) will receive preceptor pay. A preceptor may be assigned to a student when it is determined by the Employer that the employee has completed the required preceptor training or has agreed to and been appointed a preceptor. The employee is specifically responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating the new skill development of the student as appropriately enrolled in a defined program, the parameters of which have been set forth in writing by the Employer. This includes teaching, clinical supervision, role modeling, feedback, evaluation (verbal and written) and follow up of the student.
