EXCHANGE CONTROL, TAX AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. (1) You must comply with exchange control, tax and any other laws which apply to your use of the Card. (2) You must pay any government tax, duty or other charge imposed by law in respect of the Card, your use of it or any amount debited or credited to your Account. We may charge to your Account the full amount or a reasonable part of that amount (as determined by us) except as prohibited by law, and we may make such charge in advance.
