Exchange of Information and Views. The parties agree to furnish each other, upon request and in reasonable time, available information concerning matters being negotiated. Access to available information in such form as it may exist constitutes compliance with this provision. Neither party is obligated to develop data or information not in existence or to work, re-work, re-draft, summarize, compute, or otherwise develop data or information in other than its existing form.
