Exchange of Lists. Upon request, the Union agrees to provide the Administrator with an up-to-date electronic list of the bargaining committee members, Work Site Leaders, and Union Representatives assigned to service the facility. U pon request, the Employer agrees to provide the Union with an up-to-date electronic list of authorized supervisors for each department. The Facility will contact the designated Union Representative with notification of a change in the Facility’s Administrator within 15 days of such change.

Exchange of Lists. 4.9.1 Each Administration shall prepare an up-to-date Frequency Register in accordance with Section 1.4. The List corresponding to each affected Administration contained in the Frequency Register shall be exchanged bilaterally at least once every six months.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.
