Common use of Exchanging Information Clause in Contracts

Exchanging Information. Seller and Buyer shall each, upon request by the other, furnish the other with all information concerning itself, its Subsidiaries, directors, officers and members and stockholders and such other matters as may be reasonably necessary or advisable in connection with any statement, filing, notice or application made by or on behalf of Seller, Buyer or any of their respective Subsidiaries to any Governmental Entity in connection with the Transactions.

Exchanging Information. Seller and Buyer shall each, upon request by the other, furnish the other with all information concerning itself, its Subsidiaries, directors, officers and members and stockholders and, if Buyer, its Affiliates, and such other matters as may be reasonably necessary or advisable in connection with any statement, filing, notice or application made by or on behalf of Seller, Buyer or any of their respective Subsidiaries its Affiliates or Seller to any Governmental Entity in connection with the TransactionsTransaction.

Seller Sellers and Buyer Buyers shall each, upon request by the other, furnish the other with all information concerning itself, its Subsidiaries, directors, officers and members and stockholders and such other matters as may be reasonably necessary or advisable in connection with any statement, filing, notice or application made by or on behalf of SellerBuyers, Buyer Sellers, the Companies or any of their respective Subsidiaries to any Governmental Entity in connection with the Transactions.

Seller The Seller, on the one hand, and the Buyer on the other, shall each, upon request by the other, furnish the other with all information concerning itself, its Subsidiaries, directors, officers and members and officers, stockholders and, to the extent necessary, its Affiliates, and such other matters as may be reasonably necessary or advisable in connection with any statement, filing, notice or application made by or on behalf of Seller, Buyer the Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries or, to the extent necessary, Affiliates, to any Governmental Entity in connection with the Transactions.
