Common use of Excluded Costs; No Liability Clause in Contracts

Excluded Costs; No Liability. Except to the extent provided for in the Budget and not otherwise excluded from coverage hereunder, Completion Guarantor assumes no obligation, makes no guaranty, and shall have no liability under this Agreement for any stoppage, cancellation, abandonment, postponement, interruption, curtailment, suspension, relocation of or interference with, any material impairment, hindrance or delay to, any increase to the cost of, or any other cost, expense, loss or damage incurred or sustained in connection with, Production and Delivery that directly or indirectly, arises or results from any of the following causes, events or matters regardless if any other cause, event or matter contributes concurrently or in any sequence thereto:
