Excluding Temporary Appointments as defined in 11. 4.4, when a Lecturer faculty receives a reappointment offer for a term of year less than normally offered – as defined in 11.4.1 and 11.4.2, above – the Administration will provide notice to UNHLU and a brief rationale for the shorter term.
