13.1 The Parties to this Agreement do not intend any of its terms to be enforceable pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 by any person who is not a party to this Agreement save for the provisions of Clause 6.
13.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Sellers and the Buyer may by agreement in writing rescind or vary any of the provisions of this Agreement without the consent of the Company or the Subsidiary Undertaking and accordingly section 2(1) of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 shall not apply.

19.1 The Parties to this Agreement do not intend that any term of this Agreement shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a person who is not a party to this Agreement.
Exclusion of Contracts (Rights of Third Parties. ACT Neither Party intends to confer any right or benefit upon a third party and for the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 are expressly excluded from this Agreement.
