EXCLUSION OF PARTNERSHIP AND AGENCY. 18.1 The Partners expressly agree that nothing in this Agreement in any way creates a legal partnership between them. 18.2 No Partner nor any of its employees or agents will in any circumstances hold itself out to be the servant or agent of any other Partner, except where expressly permitted by this Agreement.
