Common use of Exclusions from the Scope of the Project Clause in Contracts

Exclusions from the Scope of the Project. 2.2.1 It is clarified that the Scope of the Project, does not include any works towards the Railway Development Project as further enumerated in Schedule 13A (Railway Development Project) and Railway Operational Activities as further enumerated in Schedule 13B (Railway Operational Activities). 2.2.2 The Railway Development Project (if any) and Railway Operational Activities shall be undertaken by the Railways either directly or through its nominated agencies. The Project shall be undertaken in a manner so as to not interfere with the implementation of the Railway Development Project and/or Railway Operational Activities.
