Exclusive Bargaining Agent. The unit recognized by the public employer and certified by PERC as the unit designated or selected by a majority of public employees as their representative for purposes of collective bargaining.
Exclusive Bargaining Agent. The Union having earned the right as sole and exclusive bargaining agent, the Board shall neither contribute to nor encourage the creation or growth of any rival organizations which have had or seek bargaining rights. The Board specifically agrees not to honor dues/check- off deduction authorizations by any employee in the bargaining unit in favor of any other labor or representational organization.

Exclusive Bargaining Agent. The Union is recognized as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Support Staff employees of the Colleges, save and except: - foremen and supervisors; - persons above the rank of xxxxxxx or supervisor; - employees performing duties that require the use of confidential information relating to employee relations and the formulation of the College budget or the Campus budget, as the case may be; - persons regularly employed for twenty-four (24) hours per week or less; - students employed on a cooperative educational training program, with a school, college or university; - graduates of the College employed for up to twelve (12) months following completion of their courses and associated with certification, registration or other licencing requirements; - persons hired for a project of a non-recurring kind.
Exclusive Bargaining Agent. NAV CANADA recognizes the Institute as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees described in the certificates originally issued by the Public Service Staff Relations Board covering NAV CANADA employees in the former Computer Systems Administration Group, the Physical Science Group, the Purchasing and Supply Group and the Engineering and Land Survey Groups and deemed to be certificates of the Canada Labour Relations Board pursuant to the Commercialization of Civil Air Navigation Services Act (SC 1996 C20). Effective from September 19, 2001 (CIRB Order No. 8118-U), NAV CANADA also recognizes the Institute as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees described in the certificate originally issued by the Public Service Staff Relations Board covering NAV CANADA employees in the former Economics, Sociology, Statistics and Social Science Support Groups and deemed to be certificates of the Canada Labour Board pursuant to the Commercialization of Civil Air Navigation Services Act (SC 1996 C20).
Exclusive Bargaining Agent. The University of Victoria (“the University”) recognizes the Professional Employees Association (“the Association”) as the exclusive bargaining agent for all staff members for whom the Association has been certified as bargaining agent, in accordance with the order of the British Columbia Labour Relations Board dated September 7, 1995, or as subsequently amended by the Board or by mutual consent of the parties.
Exclusive Bargaining Agent. NAV Canada recognizes the CAW Canada and its Local 5454 (CATCA) as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in the bargaining unit as set out in the order of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, given order number 8687-U, dated July 20 2004, in CIRB file number 24403-C.
Exclusive Bargaining Agent. The University recognizes AFSCME as the exclusive bargaining agent in all matters establishing and pertaining to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for all regular full-time and part-time employees in the Exempt employee bargaining unit. Excluded from the unit are individuals excluded from the bargaining unit under the State Higher Education Labor Relations Act, Section 3-102, Title 3, of the State Personnel and Pensions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

This Agreement shall apply to all work traditionally associated with the production of all features and television (whether film, digital, or video, and whether distributed and/or exhibited by any method now known or yet to be devised) performed in the Province of British Columbia.
