Exclusive Bargaining Agent. 2.1 The College recognizes the Nova Scotia Teachers Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for the Faculty Bargaining Unit. 2.2 Except as provided in clause 2.3, the Faculty Bargaining Unit is comprised of all probationary, regular, term or auxiliary Faculty Members in position categories defined in Article 14: Position Categories employed to perform theoretical and practical instructional responsibilities as described in Article 19:
