Common use of Exclusive Nature of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Nature of Agreement. This Agreement shall constitute the sole and entire Agreement between the parties revoking all prior understandings, agreements, side letters, memorandums of understanding, and letters of agreement. Nothing in this Section shall relieve the parties of their legal obligation to bargain in good faith to mandatory subjects of bargaining under law.
