DISPATCH PERIOD AND START-UP. Where a Dispatch Period will involve a Cold Start, Warm Start or Hot Start, CPS shall provide Carr xxxh a Dispatch Notice allowing at least the Start-Up Notification Lead Time required pursuant to Exhibit C. When a Dispatch Period (including revisions to or extensions of a previously scheduled Dispatch Period) does not involve a Cold Start, Warm Start or Hot Start, CPS shall provide Carr xxxh a Dispatch Notice in accordance with the applicable procedures and timing requirements set forth in Exhibit C. After a Cold Start, CPS shall be required to run the Facility for a minimum Dispatch Period of two (2) hours, and after a Hot Start CPS shall be required to run the Facility for a minimum Dispatch Period of one (1) hour.

  • CONTRACT YEAR The first Contract Year is the period of time ending on the first contract anniversary. Subsequent Contract Years are the annual periods between contract anniversaries.
