Common use of Exclusive Photographer Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Photographer. XXXXXX XXXXXX PHOTOGRAPHY photographer(s) shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the Client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph the wedding as long as they shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties and do not photograph poses arranged by the Photographer.

Exclusive Photographer. XXXXXX XXXXXX PHOTOGRAPHY photographer(s) The Photographer shall be the exclusive photographer(s) photographer retained by the Client for the purpose of photographing the weddingwedding and other contracted event(s). Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph the wedding as long as they shall do not interfere (i.e. standing in front of the photographer) with the Photographer’s duties and do not photograph poses arranged by the Photographerduties.
