Exclusive Representative Leave Time. When negotiating sessions are scheduled between the exclusive representative and the school district or with the state mediator during school hours, two members of the employees’ negotiating team will be released from their regular teaching responsibilities for this purpose without any loss of salary. The remainder of the employees’ negotiating team will be released without loss of pay with Local 3904 reimbursing the school district at the regular daily substitute employee rate of pay. If a substitute employee is not hired, Local 3904 will be charged for any other costs incurred by the school district up to the regular daily substitute employee rate of pay.
