Health Associates Clause Samples
The 'Health Associates' clause defines the parties or entities considered as health associates within the context of an agreement, typically for the purposes of compliance, confidentiality, or collaboration. Its core function is to clearly identify who is subject to certain obligations or standards under the agreement, thereby ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations and reducing ambiguity about the parties involved.
