Excuse from performance of obligations. If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; provided that: (a) the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (b) the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; Event provided thatthat : (ai) the The suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (bii) the The Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (ciii) when When the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party written notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

Excuse from performance of obligations. If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; Event provided that: (a) the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (b) the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; provided that: (a) 16.10.1 the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (b) 16.10.2 the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) 16.10.3 when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

Excuse from performance of obligations. 23.12.1 If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; Event provided that: (a) a. the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (b) b. the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) c. when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; provided that: (a) the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (b) the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligencesame; and (c) when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.. ARTICLE 11A

If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; provided that: (aa.) the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (bb.) the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligencesame; and (cc.) when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

Excuse from performance of obligations. If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Eventevent, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force force Majeure Event; provided that: (a) the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (b) the Affected Party affected party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party party arising out our of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event Even and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

Excuse from performance of obligations. 21.8.1 If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations (except payment obligations) to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; provided provided, that: (a) the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure EventEvent and/or of the effects of the same; (b) the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party (with a copy to the Independent Engineer and the Independent Auditor) notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; provided that: (a) 36.11.1 the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (b) 36.11.2 the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) 36.11.3 when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; provided that: (a) the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (b) the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) when When the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; Event; provided that: (a) the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event;Event; (b) the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; diligence; and (c) when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

Excuse from performance of obligations. 17.8.1 If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations (except payment obligations) to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; provided that: (a) the suspension Suspension (the “Suspension”) of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure EventEvent and/or of the effects of the same; (b) the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party (with a copy to the Independent Engineer) notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

Excuse from performance of obligations. If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; provided that: (a) 13.9.1 the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (b) 13.9.2 the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) 13.9.3 when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.
