Execution by Counterparts and Facsimile Signature. These Authority Escrow Instructions may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. A facsimile or electronic copy of an original signature to these Authority Escrow Instructions shall have the same force and effect, for all purposes, as the original signature.
