Examples of INSTRUCTIONS shall in a sentence
Except as explicitly set forth herein, each of the terms defined in the SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT and the exhibits to the SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT used in these ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT and the exhibits to the SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT.
The "DISBURSEMENT INSTRUCTIONS" shall (i) be in writing and signed by LTC and the Seller, (ii) state the principal amount owed to LTC or the Seller as determined in accordance with the Purchase Agreement, and (iii) shall provide wire transfer instructions to the Escrow Agent as to where and to whom such amount is to be sent.
