Execution of Agreement and Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed and delivered electronically via by e-mail or facsimile and a scanned or facsimile signature shall be treated as an original. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same Agreement.

This Agreement shall be signed last by the Village and the President of the Village shall affix the date on which he signs this Agreement on page 1 which date shall be the effective date of this Agreement.
