Dispute/Attorney’s Fees Sample Clauses

Dispute/Attorney’s Fees. If a dispute arises between the parties regarding the enforcement of either party’s obligations contained herein, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement of its reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and expenses incurred in connection therewith. This Section 13.6 shall survive the early termination or closing of this transaction.
