Execution of Further Instruments. That it will upon reasonable request execute and deliver such further instruments and do such further acts as may be reasonably necessary or proper to carry out more effectually the purposes of this Indenture, and in particular (without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing) to make subject to the lien hereof any property hereafter acquired by it (except property of the character herein specifically excepted from the lien hereof), to transfer to any successor trustee or trustees the estate, powers, instruments and funds held in trust hereunder and to confirm the lien of this Indenture with respect to any series of bonds issued or to be issued hereunder. No failure to request such further instruments or further acts shall be deemed a waiver of any right to the execution and delivery of such instruments or the doing of such acts or be deemed to affect the interpretation of any provisions of this Indenture.
