All deeds, mortgages, contracts, leases, purchases or other contracts regarding Real Property of the Land Bank, including contracts to acquire or dispose of Real Property, shall be approved by the Board or by a Land Bank staff member designated by the Board, and executed in the name of the Land Bank.
