Common use of Executive Benefits Clause in Contracts

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs benefits to which other executive officers of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available are entitled, on the same terms and conditions in effect from time to executives and/or other salaried employeestime, including, but not limited towithout limitation, participation in pension and other retirement profit sharing plans, the Company’s 401(k) plan, group life insuranceinsurance policies and plans (including medical, hospitalizationhealth, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disabilityvision, and other fringe benefitsdisability insurance policies and plans, and the like) which may be maintained by the Company for the benefit of its executives. The Company reserves the right to alter, discontinue and/or amend its benefit plans and programs from time to time in its sole discretion.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company Corporation currently existing or hereafter made available to executives executive and/or other salaried employees, employees including, but not limited to, stock option plans, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled eligible to participate in all the employee benefit plans and executive compensation programs maintained by the Company applicable to other key executives of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employeesCompany, including, but not limited to, pension and other including (without limitation) retirement plans, group life insurancesavings or profit-sharing plans, hospitalizationstock options, surgical and major medical coverageincentive or other bonus plans, sick leavelife, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, health, accident and other fringe benefitsinsurance programs, paid vacations, and similar plans or programs, subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the applicable plan or program in question and to the sole determination of the Board or any committee administering such plan or program.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives executive and/or other salaried employees, employees including, but not limited to, stock option plans, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The (a) Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group any life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and medical, hospital, health or dental insurance, or other fringe benefitsbonus, incentive, profit sharing, stock option, retirement or other Executive benefit plans of the employer, whether contributory or non-contributory, as may from time to time be uniformly maintained by Employer for its salaried Executives during the term of employment under this Agreement.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and and, other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, at the Executive's sole option, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary compensation continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefitsbenefits ("the Executive Benefits").

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employeescomparable executives, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance and health insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits. In addition the executive will be entitled to receive $1500 monthly as part of a deferred compensation plan for the executive's retirement.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalizationhealth insurance, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disabilitydental, and other fringe benefits.401 K.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, as well as any other benefit programs including pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, medical (including surgical and major medical coveragemedical) insurance, health and accident insurance, director and officer insurance, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, stock option plans, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company Corporation currently existing or hereafter made available to executives executive and/or other salaried employees, employees including, but not limited to, stock option plans, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall will be entitled to participate in all compensation or benefit plans or programs and receive all benefits and perquisites for which similarly situated executives of the Company currently existing generally are eligible under any plan or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, program established by the Company. These benefits may include but are not limited toto dental, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disabilityvision, and other fringe benefitslife insurance as well as participation in Company’s 401K plan and vacation time.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate participate, during the Employment Term and each Extended Employment Term, in all medical benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employeesplans, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement hospitalization plans, group life insurance, hospitalizationlong term disability or other Executive welfare benefit plans (collectively, surgical the "Group Insurance Plans") and major medical coverageany pension plans (including any supplemental executive retirement plans) that may be provided by the Company or its subsidiaries to senior executive officers from time to time during the Employment Term or Extended Employment Term, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefitsas the case may be.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, (including, but not limited towithout limitation, pension and other retirement plansretirement, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leavemedical, disability and salary continuationlife insurance plans and programs) that are established and made generally available by the Company or one of its subsidiaries from time to time to its senior executives, vacation and holidayssubject, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenseshowever, long-term disability, to the applicable eligibility requirements and other fringe benefitsprovisions of such plans and programs (including, without limitation, requirements as to position, tenure, location, salary, age and health).

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, at the Executive’s sole option, including, but not limited to, to pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary compensation continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefitsbenefits (collectively, the “Executive Benefits”).

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employeescomparable executives, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalizationhealth insurance, surgical dental, vision, prescription, 401 K and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefitsdeferred compensation.

Executive Benefits. The (a) Executive shall be entitled to participate participate, during the Term of Employment, in all medical benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employeesplans, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement hospitalization plans, group life insurance, hospitalizationlong term disability or other Executive welfare benefit plans (collectively, surgical the “Group Insurance Plans”) and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and any 40l(k) or other fringe benefitsretirement or pension plans (including any supplemental executive retirement plans) that may be provided by members of the Company Group to senior executive officers from time to time during the Term of Employment.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits. . Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate participate, if eligible in accordance with the terms of the program in which he desires to participate, in all executive benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, (including pension and other retirement profit sharing plans, group life insuranceand medical insurance programs and medical expense reimbursement plans), hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefitswhich the Company shall for time to time have for the benefit of employees of like status.

Executive Benefits. A. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employeesin, includingand receive benefits under, but not limited toany pension, pension and other retirement plansprofit sharing, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coveragemedical, sick leavedisability, disability and salary continuationstock purchase, stock option, stock ownership, vacation or other employee benefit plan, program or policy of the Corporation which may be in effect at any time during the course of his employment by the Corporation and holidayswhich shall be generally available to senior executives of the Corporation, cellular telephone and all related costs and expensessubject to the terms of such plans, long-term disability, and other fringe benefitsprograms or policies.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives executive and/or other salaried employees, employees including, but not limited to, bonus plans, stock option plans, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, (including, but not limited towithout limitation, pension and other retirement plansretirement, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leavemedical, disability and salary continuationlife insurance plans and programs) that are established and made generally available by the Company from time to time to its senior executives, vacation and holidayssubject, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenseshowever, long-term disability, to the applicable eligibility requirements and other fringe benefitsprovisions of such plans and programs (including, without limitation, requirements as to position, tenure, location, salary, age and health).

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried salaries employees, at the Executive’s sole option, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary compensation continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expensesexpense, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company Corporation currently existing or hereafter made available to executives executive and/or other salaried employees, employees including, but not limited to, stock option plans, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and dental, salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits. Executive shall also be entitled to receive reimbursement of auto insurance, auto repairs and maintenance, gas for his automobile, and charges for cell phone.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, at the Executive's sole option, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary compensation continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of each pension, profit-sharing, other tax-qualified plan or non-qualified plan, insurance, health, dental coverage, disability, major medical insurance or other arrangement that the Company currently existing or hereafter made available may adopt for the general benefit of its eligible Executives (“Benefits”) to executives and/or other salaried employeesthe extent permitted by law and to the extent Executive is otherwise entitled to participate based upon Executive’s age, includingservice, but not limited tocompensation, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disabilityjob classification, and any other fringe benefitsfactors determining eligibility to participate under each such plan.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives employees and/or other salaried non-Employee employees, includingsubject to the eligibility requirements, restrictions and limitations of any such programs. Such programs may include, but not be limited to, pension and other to retirement plans, including any 401K Plan, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, disability and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all bonus and benefit programs of that the Company currently existing or hereafter made establishes and makes available to executives and/or its employees, if any, to the extent that Executive's position, tenure, salary, age, health and other salaried employeesqualifications make him/her eligible to participate, including, but not limited to, pension to health insurance and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, officers of the Company including, but not limited to, pension pension, profit sharing and any other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical surgical, dental and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits. In addition thereto, Executive shall be entitled to use an automobile owned or leased by the Company in the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company.
