Common use of Executive Benefits Clause in Contracts

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all benefits to which other executive officers of the Company are entitled, on terms comparable thereto, including, without limitation, participation in pension and profit sharing plans, 401(k) plan, group insurance policies and plans, medical, health, vision, and disability insurance policies and plans, and the like, which may be maintained by the Company for the benefit of its executives. The Company reserves the right to alter and amend the benefits received by Executive from time to time at the Company’s discretion.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled may participate in and receive benefits under any and all benefit plans offered to all benefits to which other executive officers similarly-situated employees of the Company are entitledCompany, on subject to the terms comparable thereto, including, without limitation, participation in pension and profit sharing conditions of those plans, 401(k) plan, group insurance policies and plans, medical, health, vision, and disability insurance policies and plans, and the like, which may be maintained by the Company for the benefit of its executivesprograms that are in effect from time to time. The Company reserves the right to alter and amend the terms and conditions of its employee benefits received by Executive from time to time and the related plans, policies and programs at any time, in the Company’s sole discretion.

Executive Benefits. The Executive shall also be entitled to participate in all benefits to which other executive officers of the Company benefit programs that are entitled, on terms comparable thereto, including, without limitation, participation in pension and profit sharing plans, 401(k) plan, group insurance policies and plans, medical, health, vision, and disability insurance policies and plans, and the like, which may be maintained by the Company for and available to its executive officers generally (including, but not limited to, any and all deferred compensation plans and the benefit of its executivesTransaction Bonus Agreement). The Company reserves Executive acknowledges that Executive shall have no vested rights under or in respect to Executive’s participation in any such program except as expressly provided under the right to alter and amend the benefits received by Executive from time to time at the Company’s discretionterms thereof.

The Executive shall be entitled to all benefits to which other executive officers of offered by the Company are entitledto any of its executive or salaried employees including, on terms comparable theretobut not limited to, major medical health insurance, hospitalization insurance, life insurance, travel and accident insurance, and disability insurance, including, without limitationbut not limited to, participation in pension and profit sharing plans, 401(k) plan, group insurance policies and plans, medical, health, vision, and disability insurance policies and plans, and those benefits the like, which may be maintained by the Company for the benefit of its executives. The Company reserves the right to alter and amend the benefits received by Executive currently receives from time to time at the Company’s discretion.

The Company Employer reserves the right to alter reduce, eliminate or change such Executive Benefits, in its sole discretion, subject to any applicable legal and amend the benefits received by Executive from time to time at the Company’s discretionregulatory requirements.

The Executive shall also be entitled to participate in all benefits benefit programs that are maintained by the Company and available to which other its executive officers of the Company are entitled, on terms comparable thereto, generally (including, without limitationbut not limited to, participation in pension any and profit sharing all deferred compensation plans, 401(k) plan, group insurance policies and plans, medical, health, vision, and disability insurance policies and equity compensation plans, and the like, which may be maintained by Transaction Bonus Agreement). Executive acknowledges that Executive shall have no vested rights under or in respect to Executive’s participation in any such program except as expressly provided under the Company for the benefit of its executives. The Company reserves the right to alter and amend the benefits received by Executive from time to time at the Company’s discretionterms thereof.
