Common use of Executive Performance Covenants Clause in Contracts

Executive Performance Covenants. The Executive accepts the employment described in Section 3 and agrees to devote his full working time and efforts (except for absences due to illness and appropriate vacations) to the business and affairs of the Company and the performance of the aforesaid duties and responsibilities. However, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Executive from devoting a reasonable amount of his time and efforts to civic, community, charitable, professional and trade association affairs and matters.

Executive Performance Covenants. The Executive accepts the employment described in Section 3 hereto and agrees to devote his full working time and efforts (except for absences due to illness and appropriate vacationsvacations and as provided in Section 3) to the business and affairs of the Company and the performance of the aforesaid duties and responsibilities.
