Common use of Executive Position Clause in Contracts

Executive Position. As of the Effective Date, Executive agrees to serve as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, under the terms of this Agreement. Executive will report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). Executive shall render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will be reasonably assigned to Executive by the Board or the CEO. Executive’s principal place of employment will be San Jose, California.

Executive’s principal place of employment will be San Jose, California.
