Common use of Executive’s Business Assistance and Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Business Assistance and Cooperation. Executive will make himself reasonably available to assist and cooperate with the Company in connection with any internal and/or independent review of the Company’s financial policies, procedures and activities in respect of all periods during which Executive was employed by the Company; provided, however, that in no case will such assistance and cooperation unreasonably interfere with Executive’s employment and business affairs.
