Common use of Executive’s Confidentiality Obligation Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Confidentiality Obligation. 7.1. The Executive hereby acknowledges, understands and agrees that all Confidential Information is the exclusive and confidential property of the Company and its Affiliates which shall at all times be regarded, treated and protected as such in accordance with this Article 7. The Executive acknowledges that all such Confidential Information is in the nature of a trade secret.
