Exemptions to Inclement Weather. 11.2.2.1 If an Employee operates machinery fitted with a functional weatherproof cab, this will not be deemed to be exposed to inclement weather. 11.2.2.2 If an Employee is not affected by the inclement weather, even though others may be so; the Employee must continue working normally and, if necessary, will be provided with adequate protective clothing.
